We always recommend checking the bag's sizes and dimensions. We have made sure to clarify all the important sizes for each product in the "Product Description" box.

We are not responsible for compensating the customer for damage resulting from misuse by the customer or incorrect use. Therefore, we recommend that you review the care guide provided with the product before starting to use it.

The bag will not be returned/exchanged after purchasing it except in the following cases:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange and return the product in only one case, which is the presence of a manufacturing defect in the piece, and within only 24 hours from the time of receiving the order, and the company is not responsible for any manufacturing defect after this time.

2- This excludes the discount period. Return or exchange requests are not accepted.

3- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition with all accessories and packaging, and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer must pay the value of the shipment return fees if he wants to exchange or return the product, and the product will be deducted. The shipping amount is part of the final amount in the local or international return. The consumer bears all the shipping costs and delivers the product to the shipping company within 24 hours only, and we apologize for not receiving it after that.

3- We cannot bear the return or exchange due to the incorrect selection of the product size. Please confirm the size in meters before purchasing.

4- If the delivery was free due to an offer or code, and then the customer returns/exchanges (part or all of his order), the customer will bear the delivery fees.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange and return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him. This excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.
